For me I always thought that all what I need to enhance my skills is to have more and more knowledge about swift but actually this is not enough, you need more than that to succeed in your career. What I discovered you need is Communication skill.
To be able to communicate with everyone in the team and also to be able to understand them is a citical part and a skill you need to develop.
I learned this the hard way after having couple of miscommunication with my team members. So don't forget to develop your communication skills it's just as important as coding skills.
